What o do when you hate your job? Should you quit a job you hate. Simply switching jobs doesn't always make people happier either. Sometimes it is not the job or the company that is the problem, but the individual. Before quitting, consider some practial steps to help deal with these common scenarios.
You are overwhelmed, you are not up to the job, you have a nightmare boss, etc.
Network for a new job before you quit.Ready for a long job search, collect good reference and hold your tongue.

I'd say if you can do the job and have nothing else to go
to then stick with it and keep your eyes open for the next
opportunity for change. It will come in time.
