Who do you watch that brings tears to your eyes with laughter?
For me it is John Cleese and Ricky Gervais.
Tell me your favorite comedy genius and your funniest moment with them.
Mine is when Basil Fawlty whips his car for breaking down and when Ricky does the dance in 'the office'

Lenny Bruce, but unfortunately he did not meet with a good end. He is well before your time, but you and he share a certain, shall we say, irreverence...yeppers, he was a sort of no hold barred kind of dude, too. Problem was, he didn't know when to quit, God rest his soul (if he had one)...a funny funny guy, though.

I'm probably gonna sound like a dork for this response. I'd say Mel Brooks is it. Just watch the movies and some of his stuff and you may see why. History of the World Part 1 is epic =p

I love Fawlty Towers. John Cleese is great.
I miss Monty Pythons Flying Circus show. That was a great show.
