(can't type the full title)
Manages to sound like first album Velvet Underground, be a probibly refereance to/diss of Marc Bolan for trying to copy him ("she's so swishy in her satin and tat
In her frock coat and bipperty-bopperty hat
Oh God, I could do better than that")
and a major influance on The Killers - Mr. Brightside with the "Now she's leading him on
And she'll lay him right down
Yes she's leading him on
And she'll lay him right down
But it could have been me
Yes, it could have been me
Why didn't I say, why didn't I say, no, no, no
.....
And I'm phoning a cab
'Cause my stomach feels small"lyrics

I didn't know it was about Marc Bolan is there any proof of that? I really like the song whoever it's about, you can apply it to many situations and everyone has had the feelings he describes in some part of the song, you quote them above.
