| St. Joseph kits to sell real estate | | | | Whenever the real estate market goes down, I come across an article on St. Joseph kits, and how deserate sellers use them to sell their homes, or non-desparate sellers will use them to receive a quick offer and sale. How it works is that the statue is buried head down about a half foot into the ground, then a prayer is read, and then the house sells quickly. Has anybody out there used this "technique," and if so, did it work? I read in a local paper that a real estate agent uses it to help sell homes for some of her clients. So, if it works, wouldn't it be one of the great tools of real estate investing? Or is it psychosomatic? Those who use this tool subconsciously believe, so they try harder to sell the home? | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
