What time do you sleep and what time do you get up?

I have not been following that saying as of late.. I go to sleep inbetween 11.30 and 12 and wake up at arnd 7.30 in the morning.. I need atleast 8 hrs of sleep everynight, otherwise I feel lazy in the day while at work.. During my coll days, I used to follow that saying, but not now..

Hi angel108! Well, I do agree on that however, I always have a hard time getting up early because I usually sleep late. I get to sleep between 11 pm to 3 am, at other times til 4 am depending on how much work I have to finish. So, the earliest I could get up each day is 7am and the latest is 10 am. Early to bed and early to rise is the key advise our elders have given us and and we should follow it up meticulously from keeping up our health point of view. I go to bed at 10.30 p.m.and I get up at 5.30 a.m. That timeing suits me and I get a good sleep.

I am not a morning person, and I function much better at night, so I much prefer to stay up to the early hours and wake up later. If I get up too early I am like a bear with a very very sore head a grumpy person especially in the Winter. So for me it's late to bed and late to rise, which probably makes me unhealthy and unwise, but if I am up early then it's not healthy for others who have to be around me!

I try to be in bed by no later than eleven, and rise between 5 and 6 am. Sometimes my sleep pattern gets out of whack, but normally, that is how it goes.

on working days, i usually go to bed around 11pm, and wake up around 6.15am. ugh, hate to wake up that early! if i'm not working and during weekends, i usually sleep pretty late and wake up late the next day too hehe.

I usually go to bed around 9 pm and get up around 5 am. I have found that my body likes that the best. It seems I have a natural alarm clock that wakes me up by 6 am at the latest.
