| | I have just finished reading Terry Pratchett's *Soul Music* and can honestly say I haven't laughed so much in ages. I love the way Terry Pratchett writes and in *Soul Music* he really rips the music industry to pieces in his own comic style. If you want a good giggle, then give any of Terry Pratchett's books a try. | | | | | | |

| | Well, Currently I'm reading "The Scarlet Letter" by Nathaniel Hawthorne. And I think it is the toughest book I have ever come across. Usually I need 3 or 4 days to finish the book but this book I have been reading from past 1 month and it is just too difficult. The words are just too difficult. I have to consult dictionary everytime a turn a page and it is just too boring. I don't know when I'm going to finish this book. | | | | | | |

| | I have heard about the book. diillu, i feel, the whole charm of reading vaporises if I am to flip over the dictionary for each and every word I do not know. When I am reading fiction I hardly do that, not unless the word really has to do with the interpretation. Having said this, for reading which is non-fiction, I do look up. Thanks. | | | |

| | I am reading Business English and I find it very interesting to read and study it. There are so many business terms in the line of business and I am happy to have got to know so many business English terms and words, which, I think, is very helpful to me, as it has a lot to with my teaching job. | | | | | | |

| | I enjoy going through such books as well, william. The newer things happening around and the new terms coined each day cannot be better found anywhere else. Thanks. | | | |

| | After taking so long to read the last couple of books, I picked one off my bookshelf that I thought would be a quick read. It is called "The Goldfish Went On Vacation" by Patty Dann. It is the story of her husband's struggle with brain cancer and how it affected her and particularly her 3 year old son. It is almost like a journal with each "chapter" only two pages long. Plus it is not much bigger than a pocket book. This book is very helpful to parents of small children and learning how to tell the truth about the illness. So many people lie to their children about their parents' health only to be told all of a sudden that their parent has died. I am not in that situation but I thought it would be a good read and it is interesting. | | | | | | |
