Trick or Treat?  

Well, I had just enough. I went through 10 1/2 pounds of candy! I bought those 3 1/2 pound bags of candy and I had just a little bit left. It was crazy. But the kids were so cute! I had a lot of fun giving candy out to them this year.

We had just enough candy this year, and I believe there were around 96 kids, based on the amount given out. We ran out last year too, so was happy to have plenty this year. The kids we get here are all polite, without exception, and most say thank you. No tricks played, like when I was growing up, as their only interest appears to be getting the treats. Many have parents waiting for them at the end of the driveway too. Then of course, there are the really tiny ones, in the arms of a parent, and just so cute. Take Care.

Trick or treating doesn't seem as popular here in the UK as in America, normally we get only about one or two lots of children knocking at the door! This year, last night we just got one twelve year old on her OWN! Who knocked, she got some sweets, no one else turned up! So plenty of candy left over!

We had more candy then tricker treaters. I ate so much candy the last two weeks I gain a pound. I now have to go back to dieting. I have lost over 100 lbs and have 60 lbs to go.
