 The young lady they choose positively glows. She's very cute. But I did like all three of the finalists for different reasons. If you watched the finaly episode of the contest, what did you think? My husband was routing for April all the time.

 writersedge (4486) | 3 years ago | Cassandra is cool, she invented the character. She has her own website. I have both of her movies. On DVD, her bio is at the end. Did you know she was burned as a kid because she wanted to see what was cooking in a big pot and scaulded herself? The costume is to cover the worst parts and the make-up to smooth out some of the scarring. That accident was part of why she created that outfit. She took adversity and made it a strength. It also tells about how she got noticed in High School after she filled out.

I have both of her movies and could not believe that she still looked almost the same in her second movie when she was in her late 40's-early 50's as she did in her first movie when she was in her late 20's-earlier 30's. I've just always liked her.

| writersedge (4486) | 3 years ago | On Fox reality TV, apparently, there has been a contest to see who the next Elvira will be. The last and final show was Halloween night. I'm glad I just saw the last one because the final three were on. They did some high lights of the other shows, too. It was good to see Elvira again. It was fun to see other people who want to be her, but if I had seen the other shows,it's like the beginning of the ones where the really bad ones have to be eliminated. Some were awful. So I'm glad I just saw the last one with the three best ones.
I have both of her movies, too. She has her own website. Do you have the videos or the DVDs? The DVDs have her bio and I think that's very cool. Take care | |

I mean if you wanted to be dressed in a Vampire like s*exy costume, you would not want someone with a sweet innocent and cute type face. I was thinking of someone very much endowed and who can hardly fit into her black tight dress. Of course, I was into those Creepy comics then.

But the one who won out had an inner glow that really somes out when she is Elvira. It's hard to explain unless you watched the last night of the contest. They'll replay it on Fox REality TV. Normally, I hate the so-called reality shows, but that one was cute, in places.
Anyway, I really like Elvira in both the movies we have of hers. Also, I like her bio on DVD. I found her website once, it's interesting, but I thought there could be more to it, maybe there is now. Take care | |
