What do you think he will get for a sentance? A slap on the wrist? Theese people are soooo sick! I would never ever think of punching a 4 yr old, let alone any CHILD at any age.

This guy should be at the top of the list for attending anger management classes along with prison time. We all know that kids can, at times, get on our nerves or under our skin but physically hitting this little guy in the head or stomach is uncalled for. I am a firm believer that hefty fines should also be in place. My heart always hurts when I hear of these incidents and then the child is returned to the family so it can possibly happen once again. What is the court system thinking?

Hi Lifez2short! So am I my friend, I really can't understand why people get so cruel. Poor little boy! but I am glad his stepfather will be put away in jail for a long time (I hope).
