Prime RSS reader

loglines is a great, web-based way to read RSS feeds. There's no software to wrestle with, and using Bloglines is smooth and easy. Unfortunately, searching and a few other features are missing.

Google Reader:
Google Reader is a decidedly simple yet very usable and, thanks to a flexible labeling system, quite comprehensive web-based RSS feed reader.

RSS Bandit:
RSS Bandit is a nice and very capable feed reader that lets you browse news in an organized fashion. Its flexibility, virtual folders and synchronization abilities are great, but it would be even greater if it integrated with Bloglines and NewsGator Online, too.

I would definitely recommend google reader because that is the one i have been using it and found it rather very simple to use and very handy in reading the feeds.

if you have a gmail id, google reader is the best free rss reader as you dont have to download or register newly. however, if you dont have gmail id or if you dont want to use google, then try feedreader.
