Lung cancer

My dad had that disease two years ago and lived only four months and two weeks. Although he always went to doctors, he always got a clean bill of health until one of the doctors, an internist, discovered what appeared to be a tumor on my dad's liver. That was the beginning of the end, as the cancer had spread to my dad's lungs. It was too late to do anything, except to keep him comfortable. Fortunately, my dad stayed at my sister's house instead of a hospital and may have even lived a little longer because of that.

My best friend at work was named adrian. she was funny, bossy and everyone loved her. Her husband died of liver cancer and she was really broken up.then one day she told me she felt awful and asked how I had the energy to keep up with the work at my age. I insisted she see her doctor immediately as she complained of chest pain. too late. they found a large cancer in her lung and in spite of chemo she died three short months later. If onlyshe had gone to her doctor at the first symptom she might have made it.
