Another stupid move on my part!

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned how I screwed up the taping of the CSI/Without A Trace crossover episode. This week my problem was with Dancing With The Stars.
I usually sit at my desk. One of the reasons for this is that I can be on the computer and watch TV at the same time. Also, it keeps me awake.
Last night my daughter wanted on the computer and I decided it was one of those nights to curl up with my husband on the couch and watch TV - in this case, Dancing With The Stars. And what happened? Well, I fell asleep! I could feel my husband rubbing my arm the whole time but I couldn't keep my eyes open. Was I furious when I finally aroused myself and shook off the sleep. I missed the first dance. And who was the first dance? My favourite - Marie Osmond!
Try getting my husband to tell me anything about the dance. All he said was it was good and she got three 10's. I am so mad at missing that dance and asked him why he didn't wake me up. He knows she is my favourite. He just thought the whole thing was funny.
All I can do now is hope that the dance is replayed on the website or YouTube at some point. It would be great if she got the encore dance tonight but it's not the same as watching it for the first time and listening to everyone's comments and seeing the looks on her brothers' faces. I guess I should have taped it. :(
On the upside, I saw the rest of the show, including Marie's second dance. I love the way she jumped into her brothers' arms.
Who will leave tonight?

Last night there were a lot of good performances. I'm not sure who is leaving, but think Jennie & Derek are going home. I don't think they were the worst, but the worst aren't likely to leave now.

I love, love, love this show. Last night everone did a great job but,I think that it is time for Marie to go home. She has gotten really good but, the dances are going to a "whole nother level" and, I just don't think she'll be able to do that. She has gotten alot better but someone has to go and out of all the couple I think it will be her. I am voting for Mel. I think she is really good and, I wish my body looked like hers. Wow! Hey, if I start dancing really fast and really hard can I get my body to look like that by Thanksgiving? Haaaaaaaa, LOL, well we will see tonight who gets to stay. I have been trying to vote for Mel for the longest I am going to have to go to ABC.com to see if I can still vote. I don't want Mel to have to leave the show because people that want her to win didn't get a chance to vote for her.

Don't you hate it when that happens? Have you ever gone to www.abc.com? They have full episodes online, which has saved me more than once.
My pick to go home tonight would be Marie, but I think she will stay around. I suspect it will be Jennie. I think it would really be a shame for either Helio or Mel to go home at this point. They are both just amazing. In all honesty, they all are at this point, aren't they? I've been so entertained by Marie throughout but felt that her dancing wasn't at the level of the others... but last night she certainly kicked things up a notch. She has such a tremendous fanbase that she could take the whole thing, but I prefer either Helio or Mel, probably leaning a bit toward him but I would be happy with either of them winning.

I have not watched Dancing With The Stars for some time. I do love the way they move and the music. I do find it difficult to stay awake while watching Tv. Oftentimes I am watching my favorite show and then I doze off to find out that Horatio is questioning a subject and I say, What? I did not see an arrest. It will probably be shown on YouTube. I love dancing, almost as much as singing with all those beautiful gowns and the music. I gather the actors are quite good because sometimes in their shows and their movies they have to know how to do it and boy do they know how to dance.
One thing, Dancing with the Stars is much better than Survivor. They dress much better!

haha that is funny. I have slept through programs that I wanted to watch too. I hope you got to view her first dance :)
