Someone in need of a prayer.

Hello. I was wondering if there is anyone that prays? If so I thought we could put together a little prayer list. I know the sweetest little lady that is really in need of some prayers and I thought this would be a good place to start. She's in the ICU because she had a hernia that they did surgery on, after the surgery they found a real bad infection in her stomach, they did surgery again and then they found out she has two blood clots on her lungs. They are saying that she will be in the hospital for a long time. Her name is Norma Hoefellmann (hay-full-man). If you know of someone that needs a prayer you can post their name and I would be happy to pray for them. This discussion is not about your religious preferences so if you are atheist or don't believe in God please don't post negative remarks. Thank you. Have a great day. HAPPY THANKSGIVING tomorrow.

I will pray for your friend Norma. And this is a great idea and I thought about it months ago, but didn't know if it would be against the TOS here..

Thank you. I didn't really read the rules...oops. But I hope this isn't against any rules here on mylot. I was reading a little bit of a post earlier after I posted this and I don't really know if it's ok or not. I hope it doesn't get deleted. Yeah, I did, does she know the L&herats;d? Sometimes if I know where they are spiritually I can focus more on one or the other. Because if someone doesn't, their salvation always comes first..

I am only guessing the reason for this being against their regulations is because it can become a discussion that never stops. I use to help with the myspace prayerchain and the amount of requests that come through can really be overwhelming..
Maybe we can start one through e-mail? Like a prayer e-mail where there are a group of people that pray and whenever someone has a request, they mail it to the others who are involved? I don't know if that would work or even made sense, but it was worth a try..lol

dayzz25,I will be praying for your friend and I will also tell my mother, her and her church ladies do something they call phone prayers where they each call one other person and pray together. hope she gets well soon.
