Las Vegas - downtown or the strip  

When (if) you go to Vegas, do you prefer the downtown area, or the strip? For me it depends. Downtown is less crowded, but there is less to do. The strip is crowded, but more sights to see. For a quick getaway, I like downtown, but for extended stays, I like the strip.
