colon cleanse??  

hello jessicaashleigh,I went through a detox diet once and it really cleared my body from toxins.Since then I've quit smoking and I stay off oily fat food.And I fast regularly every Monday and Thursday;)

I never heard of this for dieting. I use the pills to keep my system clean. It will also keep your skin clearer as well. My doctor told me to start my daughter on them for her face.

Please tell me more about this.

I think I would like to do a colon cleanse as well. I think more so for the toxins than the weight loss. I assume the weight loss would be a lot of water and things that would come right back. But if I could get rid of all the toxins I have built up in my body I might have more energy and then I could lose the weight I needed.

I saw on tv that you can do colon cleanse systems and they can get rid of pounds of extra fecal mater that has built up on your colon walls.

Look up the lemon aid detox diet. At least that is healthy normal ingredients and you might not have as many bad reactions.

Let us know how it goes. I will be starting one soon and I will let you know as well.

I have also been wanting to try a colon cleansing detox not for weight loss exactly but for my health reasons really. I figured it would help me feel better. I just haven't figured out which is the best one for the money or if they are a natural one that can be done at home with things you can buy in a store. I would love to have more information on it.
