anybody here experienced working in the call center?? does it difficult for you?

I worked in a call center for almost ten years and think it was the best job I ever had! Like any job working with the public you will run into rude people but that happens no matter what kind of job you have.

hi jogie_bien! I have a sister in law and a friend who works in a call center. Both said that they do have experiences with rude people but as they were trained to do, they just try to be as polite and as corteous as they can be. They are not allowed to exchange rude remarks but they say that there are a lot more kind people than the rude ones so, the good outweighs the bad. hehe..They do enjoy their work and they love talking to different kinds of people especially the friendly ones. Yes i have worked in a call center before. It wasnt that bad of a job. I got paid more then any other job i had ever had. I did have some rude customers. But your going to have rude customers/clients in pretty much any job that you have.
