anybody here experienced working in the call center?? does it difficult for you?  | |  i heard to my friend that call center is a good job,but you must know how to communicate well with people.And sometimes she experienced to talk with the client that is rude to her.I think this work is very challenging work.Can you share yours.

Both said that they do have experiences with rude people but as they were trained to do, they just try to be as polite and as corteous as they can be. They are not allowed to exchange rude remarks but they say that there are a lot more kind people than the rude ones so, the good outweighs the bad. hehe..They do enjoy their work and they love talking to different kinds of people especially the friendly ones. | | 3.  nmhschic2004 (1102) | 9 months ago |  Yes i have worked in a call center before. It wasnt that bad of a job. I got paid more then any other job i had ever had. I did have some rude customers. But your going to have rude customers/clients in pretty much any job that you have.
