Do/did you feed each other?

By this I mean, have you ever fed each other or did you ever feed each other while on a date? For example, when on a date, have you done such act as feeding your date their food? I just saw this in one of the soap operas here and I wonder if this is done in reality by many. It looks cute and sweet, just like the lady and the tramp disney movie! But don't you get embarrassed? If you have such experience, how was it like?
