My Lexmark driver is not available in ENGLISH???? Where the he** am I?????

I'm sitting here in disbelief!!! I just traded in my computer for a different one. It's basically the same thing but of course now I have to redownload everything and since I lost the disc to my printer quite awhile ago I have to go to the Lexmark site to do it. I've done it before ...no problem. Well!!! I just sent them a very nice email after finding out that because my printer is "old"....2 years!!! I can get the driver but not in English. WTF is that all about?????
Has anything like this ever happened to you? Can you believe it's happening when it's happening? Am I in the US or what? I know I was on the US site while I was on Lexmark so what can that be about? Any ideas?

What's the printer model? I'll see if I can look it up for you, and send you a link if I find it.
