1. tiffiny (734) | 10 months ago | You can try aromatherapy or refexology (rubbing your hands and feet in certain areas with the right amount of pressure). Here's apart of a massage that you can do to your neck that might help: Place the heels of your hands at the base of your neck and drop your fingers down either side of your spine. Grasp the muscles with your fingure tips, pull up and squeeze between your palms and finguers. Continues squeezing out towars the whoulders. Wrap you fingers around the back of our neck. Pull the muscles away from spine and squeeze them between yhour palms and your fingers. Squeeze down the neck from the base of the skull to the base of the neck. Repeat Hope it helps From "The Coplete Body Massage Course An introductino to the most popular massage therapies" by Nicola Stewart

| 3. sophismo (7) | 10 months ago | Type your first message here. Hi, I highly recommend the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques for your condition. You can dowload the free manual at http://www.emofree.com which explains to you how to do it and comes with hundreds of real cases. I have been using EFT for three years to myself and other people with impressive results. You can safely apply it to yourself at home. It is a simple and pleasant technique with an incredibly high success rate. Try it.You have nothing to loose! ======================== I also recommend FreeForumWork.com http://FreeForumWork.com

4. nothingbetter2do (229) | 10 months ago | I find massages quite helpful for my headaches. If it is severe, will you consider alternative medicine such as accupuncture? I've never tried it myself but my friend said it has eased her pain almost instantly!

9. excellence7 (1156) | 4 months ago | Opt for acupressure, I do try it at times so as to escape medication, you may search the web for acupressure, or simply there are books with detailed description on the market.
