Though I do not know about any of the medicines you have said, I can concretely tell you one thing i.e with weight reducing pills it is not possible to reduce your weight. The only way to reduce weight is to do regular exercise and some dieting(stopping diet that provide weight).
One thing you have to keep in mind. there are millions and millions of people sufferring from obesity and if at all if there is a medicine, by this time the medicine would have become popular.

unless you know exactly what is in there and how much of it
the safe stuff are things like aloe vera and apple cider vinegar ( you can get those in pills acv)
switch from regular oil to coconut oil its the best cooking oil and healthy fats
just be careful of stuff online too read the ingredients and look up what they mean and see if its safe
that would be a good advice
also try a juice fast
(blended juice- no sugar)

I've tried Goodliness. The very next day I had completely no appetite. After one or two more days, though, my appetite returned to normal. I'm not sure if I lost weight, but one of my officemates commented that I did, even though she didn't know I took Goodliness. It's cheap too.

But don't take Bangkok pills. It's the worst thing I've ever put inside my mouth. It was really a nightmare -- it tasted so bad and the side effects were terrible. I was ready to throw them away after 3 days but kept on consuming the pills just because they were expensive. After taking the last pill, it was bliss! Trust me, it was really awful.

These ones I have not tried,but once I was a member of herbalife there is one called formula 4 there which breaks cellulite and slims a person to some extent, but one has to take it forever if he or she wants to have the slimming effect. After leaving the use again the situation goes back. So I will suggest not to depend on slimming pills as they can have side effects too.

Be careful when using diet pills, you need to check how they make you lose the weight. Are they an appetite suppressant? This means that you lose weight by not eating as much. Are they a carb blocker? which are meant to limit the amounts of carbs that enter your system. Are they diuretics? which make you lose water not fat. Are they metabolisers? these speed up your metabolism.
you need to work out how you want it to work. I haven't used xenical or fitrum but if you do a search on them to see how they work you should find out a fair bit of info.

I think all dieting techniques differ in effectiveness for each person. I've never taken diet pills, but I have heard good things about NV, Trimspa and Slimquick [for women]. I would always bewary of the sideaffects though.

I used to be on Xenical when it required a prescription a couple of years ago. Today you can get it over the counter and the new name is "ALLI" It uses the same active ingredient that Xenical uses except its half the dose. It does work however be prepared to go to the bathroom frequently especailly if you eat alot of fatty foods. The main purpose is to block the fat.

Hi there! My sister tried xenical and it worked for her. She stopped using it when she got pregnant though and gained back the weight. My sister-in-law tried reductil and it boosted the weight-lost effect of her dancing. I don't know anyone who tried fitrum though, I think you also need to pair it up with exercise.
