I do agree with you and to be honest I dont find them at fault as much as I blame who ever is responsible for leting them enter our countries. Most products that come from China are not worth the money we pay and all the rubish we produce by dumping them once they dont work. Why are such products even presents on the market its just beyond me. Like with the toys this year.
I would disagree about something with you. Some products are not cheap. My cousin buys a lot of them last christmas he got one car for almost $2000 australian. It worked fine for about a week (there was a sticker on it made in Australia. Then it just did not work when we checked it properly there was Made in china on the plastic (raised writhing) that had been removed with something like a knife but still visable.
Also my nephew got a plane and the first time they used it the engine (or whatever you call it where you put the fuil) fell off. That was the most expencive plane in the shop at that time. and yes it was made in china.

What you are seeing is common practice and I have been seeing stuff go on like this for a while, there are products coming out of the far east that claim to be 'originals' when in fact they are nothing more than fakes, and yes they are violating many laws, trademarks, patents, etc, sometimes they get caught, other times they just shut down and reopen elsewhere before they are caught.

the best I can say is if you are buying it from the net, try to research the company, otherwise, try to buy from a trusted dealer.

Its not easy but as the technology is available more and more of this is happening.
