She is scared of Santa  

My youngest child was afraid of Santa the first time he met him. He isn't anymore. The first time I took him to see Santa, when I put him on Santa's lap, he took one look at him and started crying very loudly. Poor little guy. I got the picture quickly and took him off Santa's lap. My pic didn't turn out so well either as my son wasn't looking to happy at all. Now my kids are ages 6 and 7 and they both love Santa.

I think the are a lot of children who are a little scared of Santa. I think it is being placed on his lap that scares them. My kids are grown now. I don't remember if they or my grankids were ever scared of Santa when they were young.

No, he wasn't scared. He was dressed like Santa too!

Actually my daughter never see santa, but she met Ronald Mc Donald, she is so happy and never afraid of it even the leopard when we go to Jungle rest. once, but she afraid to the people who wear a hijab(Cover thier hair) she hate those people she keep on crying. even her cousin & auntie wear those thing she really refused to see them. hope will change her attitude also she is to young maybe one day:)

Ha,ha,ha. I was scared of Santa too when I first met him as a kid. I think most kids are because maybe of his beard and general appearance. Like mascots for instance which are supposed to entertain kids. However, some kids are scared of mascots the first time.
