It pays to be nice

There is a story on MSN.com about a waitress in Texas who had the responsibility of a mean, demanding customer. She made sure his food was the way he wanted it and smiled as he made demands and cursed. The man died in July, and left her $50,000 and a 2000 Buick. I'm not advocating customers be rude to employees, but it's nice to know that this customer knew he was a difficult customer and appreciated the employee that had to deal with him on a regular basis.

Wow! My cousin is a waitress and told me about demanding customers. We also get demanding customers at our call center. It is best to be polite and firm with them. Try to meet their every need and try to be nice, smile. And I cannot believe that the woman got all that stuff from that man! You know, he must have realized that he was being mean and wanted to give something in return. That is a wonderful store. Pablo

Lol... Nice story... Eventhough the man is demanding, at least he shares his blessings to others xD
