Miley Cyrus vs Hannah Montana

Being 29, I feel like a fool that I like the new Miley song "Till I see you again" but it is darn catchy! I heard the song on the radio again today and I started thinking. When you see Miley as Miley she tends to have a punk/skater look, but she is quite preppy when she is Hannah. Seems like the music is the same way. It is genius in a way though because she is being promoted to many different age groups and genres. With the more catchy songs non-kid radio stat ions are willing to play her music (but what teenager/adult would admit to buying a Miley Cyrus CD? LOL)
If you listen - or subjected to - Miley/Hannah - do you think that one version of music is better than the other? What do your kids like better?

I was really surprised when I saw Miley on the the New Year's Rockin Eve performance. I actually liked that better but I can see how Hannah Montana seems "cooler". She's just too fake and pop star-ish as Hannah in my opinion for my taste. I hope Miley will come out more because I prefer that side of her.

Between the two, I like Miley better, but I prefer more of the punk style singers in general. I did see that she was on the Rockin' Eve show but we didn't see her perform. On some level, I think her having 2 personalities confuses kids and allows her to charge more money for her concert tickets.

I heard that song while I was driving home from a family trip to Ohio. I think I heard it in South Carolina. I was hooked. I spent a day doing internet searches to figure out who it was. I was shocked to find out it was Hannah Montana... well Miley Cyrus at least. My brother made fun of me so bad after that. I listened to samples of her other music on itunes and none of it really interested me, but I love that song.

i honestly don't know the difference between which songs are hannah montana and which are miley cyrus. i do like "till i see you again" the first few times i heard it i really liked and but didn't know who did it. then i saw who did it and i was surprised. it is a really catchy song.

your no fool my 8 yr old wacthes hannah montana and i knoew the songs with my eyes cosed and i'm 31 yr old lol i even downloaded her songs and video onto my ipod. my son likes her but won't admit openly lol and he would kill me if he knew i said that lol but yup hannah montanna i widely loved in my home and we all sing her tunes..
