After answering a different post I just wondered what kind of laundry soap does |
|
everyone use? I used to use Arm and Hammer detergent.I now use Sun detergent. I can buy it at Wal-mart for 1.97 a bottle. That is almost 2.00 cheaper than Arm and Hammer. It seems to get our clothes just as clean and has a nice tropical scent. What is your favorite brands?

1. melissaruth1 (2844) | 10 months ago | Honestly I like Tide the best but it is just too expensive. I buy whichever soap is the cheapest that week and at least has a decent smell. I will not buy anything other than snuggle fabric softener though no matter what.

3. giftsandbagscom (10608) | 10 months ago | I buy bars of laundry soap from dollar stores or walmart. I grate them up and fill this large bucket I have. I use borax in my wash as well as lemon juice and vinegar. If I am at the dollar store with extra money I will by some tide in the China packets. I will save this for when the homemade soaps run out. If I run out of this which recently happened. I will use bubble bath or shampoo.

lightningMD (5537) | 10 months ago | I have never seen bars of laundry soap. I need to look for it. Is it a lot cheaper to use? Borax is a great laundry booster.

4. luvstochat (6020) | 10 months ago | I use Era it is the only detergent that will actually get the greasy stains out of my husband clothes when he comes home from work. I did use Dreft on my little girls clothes when she was a baby it made them smell so good. I just use Era on all of our clothes now.

5. lilybug (8759) | 10 months ago | I use either Purex or Arm and Hammer. They are usually around the same price, so I get whichever is cheaper. I have gotten the Sun brand a few times when I was broke, but then I always go back to my regulars.

6. ElicBxn (8163) | 10 months ago | Consummer Reports did an analisis of laundry detergents and discovered that Tide was best. So, mom switched from All to Tide. I now use Tide in my washing machine - liquid because my front loader likes liquid better.
