Indoor Garden?  

I really can't see how they would grow all that well, as these plants need the sun, I would be very interested to see if anyone bought this and they were good, even if they did grown I am not sure the nutrician value without the sun would be very good..

I saw that too! And I thought it was neat. I wondered too if it really worked like it said. You know how things work on TV and at home totally differently.. so I was a bit skeptical... but I like the idea. You'd have to have a few of them to have enough to feed your family regularly. I wonder about just having an indoor garden with planters and good soil. Maybe have them under a fluorescent light... that advertised one was quite expensive I think... I don't remember. I saw it last week and I was impressed for sure.

But it brings to mind a staory a freind of mine told me.
Her and her husband were aparatment managers and one night they got woke up at about three in the morning because someone had a flood in their bedroom on the nineteenth floor.
This was a bit confusing to them so they went up to the apartment and sure enouogh the floor was completely wet witha bout an inch of water and there was a crack along the corner of the INSIDE wall that water was leaking through.
They went upstairs to the apartment above to see if maybe an aquarium os something had fallen over or something like that and got quite a shock.
The people living ing the apartment had hauled in about a foot of dirt and spread it over the entire bedroom floor and had a garden growing in the bedroom. Susan

I have seen those on television and they look pretty cool. I do not know anyone who has one of them though. Do you know how much they cost? Probably not in my budget that is for sure.

I do not watch television, so I have never seen this. And I have never purchased anything with the 'As seen on t.v. label. But, this sounds like a really good idea. It would really be perfect for me when I get a house.
I am not the garden type,(to lazy) but I like the idea of growing my own fruits and vegetables. I hope that you will be able to find out information about it, so that you can share it with us.

I actually have one! I use it to grow fresh herbs and it's amazing. It doesn't take up much space and it's so worth it to just pluck off whatever herb you need at the time and use it! Tastes so much better as well.

Indoor Garden was such an interesting habit anniepa and you can applied it venthough you have a small place just be creative on your own way and it is an ornamental at the same time and when the time comes you already have a bunch of vegetable salad that was very fresh in your ornamental garden......I always called it that way.

I decided that I wanted one and so I did some homework on wherer to get the best price. The machine its self was only $149 but you need to kep buying their seeds and bulbs and minerals to get the thing to work and that adds up fast. It is a great machine but I dont want to buy it for $150 and spend $200 a year to use it. There are ways to build your own if you google hydroponics or aeroponics.

My dad was very much interested in gardening and those plant growing things. He imported different varieties of plant seeds and flower seeds when I was in school. We used to grow flowers and 2 or 3 types of vegetables in our garden. I really like the idea. Go ahead and try it. You will love it. Nice day!
