I like to watch this show too when I get the chance too. There is another chef show on also and I alwasy watch it also when it is on and I remember to watch it. Believe it or not, it is called "Hell's Kitchen". I like the competition between the upcoming chefs.

Hi. They call it "Hell's Kitchen" because there is a great chef who is willing to let upcoming chef's practice cooking in his presence at the high scale restaurants that he owns. He is really "harsh" in teaching them the right ways to cook and the best cook, which will be the winner, is given their own high scale restaurant to own and run.
The chef talks to those people like they are nothing but it only makes them better chefs. He can be very rude at times though, but that is why they call it that name.

It's a good show, I love watching Bobby Flay do this "thang."
But I prefer the original, which I believe came from Japan. Their Iron Chefs almost knows everything, compared to America where they have limited expertise. I just give them credit for pulling their own, it's always a goof thing to watch something else for a change..
