Oh please someone out there tell me how to get rid of these cramps! They are of the 'female' kind and they just keep getting worse and worse. I've tried pamprin and heating pads and ibuprofin and it seems nothing works. They are so bad that it's hard to do anything when I have them. And I can't not do anything with 5 kids running circles around me so I need a cure FAST! Please please tell me the 'miracle' cure!!!?????? Thanks ~Stephanie

The only thing that I have found that has helped me with severe cramps is Naproxen. You will have to go to the doctor and get a perscription for them. As well make it known that the cramps are severe to the point that you can't handle them. Hope this helps. Good luck

I'm not sure what to tell you to do because I had the very same problem until I had a hysterectomy done. I took pill after pill to stop the paid and nothing worked. I feel so sorry for you. I wish I could help. ~Stephannie

hey hun, okay i know this sounds insane, but believe me it's proven, not only in the medical field but as well by me. When you get your period it seems like your body is flushing out, your uterus, bladder as well as bowels, but something most people don't realize is that your uterus swells a tad and constipates you, even though it seems like your cleaning out because most women get the 'runs' during that time. if you take metamucil or a fiber supplement 3 times a day every day while you have your period it will reduce if not completely remove the cramps, and whamo, your healthier, happier and believe it or not, have 10 times more energy during that time than any other. try it and tell me how it works out if you want :)

The only thing I've tried is to drink hot chocolate and it would just not hurt anymore in a few hours...

get an iud, no periods, no cramps! And yes, you can get pregnant almost immediately after removing but can keep them in 5 or 10 years. I'm loving it!
