Have You Ever Attended Leadership Training?

No. My boss goes to manager's meetings, but I am not required to go. I get frustrated though, because they go over leadership skills at the meetings. The only way I find out about things is if she leaves her notes lay around in the office. She never tells us anything, even when she is suppose to. I pretty much run the store I work at, even though I am a lower manager. I need to know promotional events that are coming up, tasks that need to be done and other important information that is gone over. My boss is very slack in her job and doesn't realize that in doing that, she effects ALL of the employees.

I have lots of times already for working in the bank:)

i have attended a leadership training back when i was still a student. and then, when i was a community organizer, i didn't attend any leadership trainings instead, we conduct leadership trainings for the people.^__^ and as answer to the problem you pointed out, we also conducted a lot of other self-development trainings as a follow-up for the leadership training. it was required because we are helping the people to govern and manage themselves.

in my present work though, i haven't attended any trainings like that. our office management doesn't conduct stuffs like that.
