Have you been to Sandals Royal Bahamian? Any suggestions or advice?

I'm already planning to go, but I really want to know a few things and I can't seem to find the answers. 1) What are the rooms like? Which rooms have you stayed in and do they all have nice bath tubs or just the expensive ones? I know the realllly expensive ones have roman baths, but what about the others? 2) Is 4 nights/ 5 days enough time to truly enjoy it? We are not into a lot of water sports, so I feel like it will be just enough time for us. 3) Did you do any tours while there? Which ones and were they worth it? I'd love advice, and pictures if you got them :)
