My 3 month old blog got a PR of 3!

I have started blogging less than 3 months ago and when Google updated their Page rank recently, I noticed that I got a PR of 3. I confirmed it and yes, it was indeed a PR of 3. How do Google determine this one? Any suggestions on how should I take advantage of the opportunities online, having a PR3?

^^ My 3 weeks old blog got a pr of 3. I was absolutely elated.
I use a ff plugin called Search Status to find out pr and alexa rank..
When I realized the pr bar wasn't empty, I was SHOCKED!
So I went to a whole bunch of pr-checking sites to make sure it wasn't an error ^^ and it isn't.
You should go around offering paid links. I mean, you are a pr 3.. I'm sure many pr0 bloggers would consider buying a link.
It could help for pay blogging sites as well...it should get your earnings up.

Indeed, I would also sell links on my blog if I were you. People are willing to pay for PR3 links!
