Light excersice. Apparnelty trampolining is good... can't imagine why!
Warmth. A hot water bottle on your belly whilst watching TV or reading (or playing on MyLot;) ). Or a good long bath, perhaps with the above oils.
I'll look up the oils again.
I actually don't get pain (the odd twang the day before... which is a useful hint) or mood swings.

My books is not with me, otherwise I'd have a loooong list of stuff for you.
Also, for late periods (or for those who have erratic periods) drinking raspberry leaf tea will help. Drink a cup a day for the week running up to when you should start. Or drinking a cup or two a day if you find it is late but isn't normally.
Disclaimer: raspberry leaf tea should NOT be drunk whilst pregnant except in the last 2-3 months. | |

I rarely take pain killers for that.
