Open Houses  | |  So far this year I have done an open house every Sunday to try and obtain buyers. I feel that is where the money will be this year. I would not turn down a listing ( I currently have 8 or so). When you do open houses, do you advertise? When you do open houses, do you bring snacks?

Do you really think many people will be buying homes this year? I know the Fed just cut the rates again, but the economy is so poor. My hubby keeps nagging me to get back into Real Estate, but I am not interested in it as much as I used to be - not enough to work the hours I use to work. I just don't see home sales picking up anytime soon.

My office is real good about letting others hold their listings open as well! I am hoping that the drop in interest rates will bring the buyers out of the woodwork.
