Who are you planning to vote for so far? I've been watching the news a lot, and right now I really don't want any of them in office. They are too busy trying to make the other candidates look bad so they will win, instead of talking about what they will do if they win.

Since the primaries are still going on, and we don't have an elected candidate for any party, and I am registered as an independent, I haven't really decided who I am voting for. I will say though, that regardless of who wins their party's nomination, I won't be voting republican. I think we've had enough of their form of leadership in this country for the last 8 years. I'm not sure how this country re-elected Bush for a second term.

I have always voted according to who I believe will be the best president we could have. Granted, I seem to lean more towards the democrat party than the republican, but I don't fully agree with the democrats either.

Sometimes it boils down to the lesser of two evils.

I agree more with the democrats, too. Still, I don't completely agree with everything they do. Thanks for the response.

My first choice candidate for the Primary election just dropped out of the race- Senator Fred Thompson.

Based on the issues alone, the rest of the Republican field has a long way to convince me that one of them is more worth voting for than another.

When it comes down to the general election, whether it be Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama that gets the nod from the Democrat side, I will either vote Republican or for an independent candidate.

Ron Paul, a candidate for the Republican Party would get my vote if he chose to run as an independent. While I don't agree with his stance on the war, he is the most reasonable candidate as far as immigration and the economy are concerned.

So far I am liking Mike Hucakbee, but I haven't really
heard his stance on the issues, so at this point I don't
know who it will be.

I'm leaning towards the democrats, but it depends on who which candidate is on the ticket.

None of them. They are all disappointing in their own ways in my opinion. The least painful ones would only earn an F+ at best in my mind. The rest are somewhere in the negatives. And no matter who wins not much will change with the country (despite how much the word is thrown around). Government will still continue to get bigger while ignoring the voters. Politicians won't be held accountable and they'll keep getting their power too. There will still be mega spending on various programs yet worse and worse products or broken systems being turned out (education, transportation, research, SS, welfare). Alright, maybe there will be change, change for the worst, but okay yea that's change /sarcasm /disappointment -_-

I agree with you 100%! None of these candidates are getting my vote. No matter which one of them ends up being president, I don't think they will do a good job. Of course, only time will tell and whatever other phrases of wisdom have ever been said lol.
