This year I've been keeping track of what I'm eating. In the beginning it was tough and there was just something I was not doing right. I was skipping meals and had fears that I would gain weight with what I was eating. Then I thought to myself well I got to portion out what I need to eat - got to have my average 2,000 calorie daily process. So far I'm staying away from fastfoods, the munchies, the sodas and stuff. So I drink water more often and only thing I drink is cranberry juice and apple juice. Once in a while I'll snack on some chips ahoy with milk - yeah why not? And I'm on the treadmill everyday - what a rush! Also still taking my multi-vitamin pills combine with Dexatrim - starts me off good in the morning so full of energy. I've notice the difference in cutting down with weight. But still I get the craves at times so I'll sneak in some pizza or mexican food on the weekends. How about you do you have trouble eating right and can't stick to it?

I have a very hard time trying to eat right and lose weight. I am always feeding my nerves, it seems. I eat alot of times just because my brain says I need something. I have an exercise bike and a treadmill. I try to make time for my bike but it is hard to do because I am so bisy with othe things.
