Would you walk with your dog or cat wearing Hands-Free Pet Carrier?

This discussion was inspired by one of Mylotters asking me is my dogs are wearing headphones when I walk them. Thank you my friend for asking. It was a joke, but made me think.
As crazy as it is, it wouldn’t be crazy, because my younger dog is afraid of noise.
I was mentioning my pet stroller in my friend discussion, and really I have one, but I use it only once a year. It is only for Vet visits, because it is hard to handle all pets in my car and in Vet office.
Anyway, I found next toy for animals. It is Hands free pet Carrier.
It may sound funny, but many cats and dogs are sick, barely walking.
I remember my previous dog, when she couldn’t walk after surgery and it was so said to look at her.
I took her once over the lake and I was walking with her on my hands.
She was so happy that day. She start eating and rolling, wanted to be pet and play.
I wish to have it handy 10 years ago. Would you find it handy to use it for your pet?

I have never saw a hands free pet carrier but if there is actually one....then yeah I would defiently use it because alot of times people would have their hands full and then also have the pet carriers in their hands too and if you are anything like me if yo uhave alot of things in your hands you can pretty much bet anything in this world that you are going to drop half the things in your hands before you actually get to where you are going! So yes I think that would be a good invention to have a hands free pets carrier!

Unless my dogs were unable to walk, there is no way I would walk around town with my dog in a carrier. My husband gets all freaked out when I try to dress them in any way, I can imagine the reaction if I walked them around town like this. I guess it's good for VERY small dogs who might be in danger walking in large crowds.

I havent seen one of these. and have never used a pet carrier.
The boys when going to a vet go on a leash and they set close by for they dont get out with people much and they dont like new people so they stick real close to us almost on our feet lol unless there happens to be a girl dog there and then we have to set in different spots so they dont fight each other glad this only happens when they need updates on shots!

I don't think I could carry tazz like that. He is way to heavy.
That said I don't know if I would use it if he was smaller, I guess it depends on many things: If he would take to it or freak out trying to get out, if there really was a need, etc.
Sheba had a problem once and she couldn't walk up the stairs so we had to carry her down each time to go out, but once the stairs were out of the way she was fine and could walk. The only time she couldn't walk at all, we made a little bed for her in the back yard and would take her there with us to get some fresh air. She was happy just laying there and didn't show any special interest in walking around.

hehe I think it would work for a small dog, and for some people. I remember my mom used to carry her little 1/2 pound dog all the time, she even had a handbag where the little fur ball fitted perfectly and that's how my mom carried her sometimes. SO maybe for my mom it would be a solution hehe

Petco and Petsmart sell these and I saw a mini-poodle looking quite happy 'dangling' from it's owner while they were shopping at Petco last year. Only problem with me is my dog is 87lbs. lol Wish they made em for cats thou.

I guess mini dogs are happy when carry, they are always cold and shaking....my dogs are 30 and 24, still to heavy to walk in the carry pouch...lol

lol those look bizarre! I spose time will tell if I need them when my dogs get old. It looks a lot like a snugli you would use for a baby.
