Do u get angry often?  

I don't really get angry that often, but I do get annoyed pretty quickly. I get really aggravated sometimes when things don't go as I would like them to, or if I don't achieve a goal I have set for myself. I don't deal with personal failure very well because I have a habit of being a lot harder on myself than most other people would be on me. I demand discipline and progress from myself, and I get very agitated or irritated when I don't live up to my own expectations. This is something I am making an effort to correct in my life...

Hello dear pepjack. I am not a person that gets angry easily. I can control my temper very well as I know a bad temper to me will only make me feel unhappy and that is not what I expect to have. I will usually try to forget about the unhappiness if I have to meet one case that annoys me by doing some things that could distract my attention to it. Thanks for your discussion.

im italian (half northern and half sicilian!), with partly spanish blood and a gemini...can you say im a walking bomb? lol im very short tempered and double personality :p i can be the sweetest but if someone wrongs me or the persons i love, then they are done...i will take them off my book for sure...but lately im trying to actually work on this and try be a better person, calmer and more balanced....cant say it always works but most times i try to make it

i used to do a lot of stupid stuff and i was the one who suffered the most from to many emotions coming out. if you can't take the heat..get out of the kitchen..

i got a broke hand and spent time on legal fees and found out that i was the author of my own desitny..you always are your worst enemy..just pick better friends and don't hang with losers...if you can't control your actions then you have lost already ....it is that simple..it is something you must learn ..are you going to do it the easy way? or the hard way.?? work smarter not harder

i lose my temper easily..and i know its a bad happet and i should try to change my self for it .. my problem is i keep my comments of whats bothering me inside for a while till i snap and you cn say scream at the person whos bothering me

in the last days iam short tempered and get angry for simple things i scream of my little sister and brother, i feel that this is result of the pressure that i have, recently i work in a company to many hours in adittion that i student in the unevirsity so maybe this is the factor that make me get angry very soon, so tell me pepjack are you have factor that make you get angry easily?
