Is hope a good thing?  

Of course Hope is one of the best things for the mankind.It was one of the pillars of our civilazations growing since centuries.

However you should keep in mind that just hoping doesnt help..One should put in his/her efforts to the best and definetely the results will show.

Hope holds you from falling...Its your responsible to raise from where the hope holds you.

Hope is all we have when everything else is gone, so you should always hope that things will change for the better. Hope never blinds you to possibilities only you do that to yourself by trying to live a life, that is not want you really want.

26 is not too old if you are struggling with your higher education maybe you should find out some alternatives to this. To obtain the life you want for yourself you have to be certain that is what you want and go for it, don't let anybody talk you out of it.

Obviously, hope is a good thing. When I was sick in the hospital a few years ago, the only that kept me going was the hopes and plans I had for when I got out.

A quote that always sticks in my mind from Christopher Reeve is "once you choose hope, anything is possible" I completely believe that. Hope, like faith has got me through some rough spots. There is another quote, don't remember who siad it, but it goes when the world says give up, hope whispers, try it one more time. Education is so important. If you feel like you are not where you want to be in life, they find the path you want to walk. Age is unimportant. There is no age limit on education. So what if you are 26. I know of two women who went back to school in thier 50's to become nurses. Both have graduated now and working in hospitals. Do what you feel is right for you. We only have one life..why not live it to it's fullest? Good Luck to you.
