today i had a mcdonalds breakfast and had a deli choice bacon and egg roll,as i was late for work.the bacon was so hard on it,that i could not even bite through it without pulling half a dozen teeth out.would you ring them up and complain or you just chalk it up as a bad decision to buy it in the first place.cheers sue

Something similar to this happened to me... althought there was nothing wrong with the food i took out... some of the key ingredients were missing... to my dismay... i called the number listed on the receipt... i told the person on the other line to be carefully check all take out item... i did not scold her or said anything sarcastic... i just wanted to point out their mistake... But one time i actually went back to the fastfood Jollibee since the burger i took out had a hair inside... well... they just said sorry and replaced the item...

they arent cleaning there drink station if got ants in the drink. ants are attracted to the nozzles go for them. that why most places i have worked we pull them off at night and soak them in carbonated water. and once a week scrub them and rest of tower thoroughly

Oh my goodnes... ants in one's drinks is a serious matter... it means that they are not cleaning their equipments properly... well i had my own share of talking to the manager... but during that time... i was in a so good mood that i don't want it to be ruined...

i once had ants in my daughters drink and she was mortified.i rang up and they just said sorry. i don,t think just saying sorry is good enough, especially if there is hair in the food, you would want at least the manager to speak with you and make sure it would never happen again.cheers sue

This is so horrible! I think, I would have complained decently and next time make sure to mention the same while ordering. The brands like Mcdonalds cannot afford to be careless like this.

Well, I have to admit I would probably be one to go in and complain, or call them as they owe us Good service even if they are Fast Food. They are no longer really cheap, and you can just let it go, or at least in this area they are no longer cheap. Actually matter of fact, they kept on screwing up one of the Breakfast meals I orders a couple of times to where I had to go in and complain, and ended up getting the meal Free. Still not sure whether I want to order that meal again, and see if they have learned yet. But this was my Experience. If I were you, I would complain and then go from there. That way you will know what type of management you are dealing with there.

wow. we used to have a mcdonalds by our house. They would mess up orders now and then. They tore it down and rebuilt it and ever since then everytime we went there our order was always wrong!! I just don't get it. But yes I defintely complain because it's like, how hard is your job?? It's really too easy for you to f-ing it up. I think pretty much all people who work in places like that are retards unless you are in highschool.

you know what i hate is the attitude of some of their staff.sometimes they treat you as if you were a child, and they could not care less if they stuff up a order, which i know they do constantly.thanks for sharing.cheers sue

A week before Chinese New Year, after our shopping my husband and I were having food at the KFC in the shopping mall. Both of us are have cups of hot coffee. After a sip I found that there was no familiar coffee fragrance from my cup and smelled a bit funny as well. The color of my drink was totally different from that of my husband’s. So my husband took the cup of coffee to the counter straight away and asked for replacement. After discovering this, the waitress politely changed another cup of fresh coffee for him.

yes it is horrible when you just want to have a nice cuppa and if it tastes and looks horrible, the you should take it back to the counter,we pay enough for a cuppa,so it should be fresh and have a coffee fragrance.thanks for sharing ,cheers sue

I hate that! I only stop in the mornings on rare occasions but I think they give the bad food to those going through the drive through. I have called before. There is usually a phone number on your receipt. Whether it is local or an 800 number, I've called it. 9 times out of 10, you will get a free meal. It's worth taking a few minutes to complain. You are paying for the food and when you can't eat it, you are wasting your money.

Sometimes, especially if it has ketchup or mayonnaise on it. Two things I never eat!! I am pretty tolerant of your standard, typical, poor, cheap fast food. You get what you pay for.

After hearing some of the stuff that goes on in restaurants...I really try not to go them unless I have no other choice. It's like throwing away perfectly good money. I'd rather stop at the grocery store and pick something from the deli where I can look it over and make sure I'm getting something good. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

We've called up the stores and complained about the food once we got home or to work. Usually they say come in and we'll replace the item. Of course, the last time we did that, no one had a clue at the counter about us and they had to call the manager on duty, and they didn't know about it. Even with our receipt in hand, it was a hassle. What has happened to good customer service? Needless to say with the variety of fast food we have around us, we won't every ever go to that particular one again..

I tend to complain quite a bit about my food. Some people just say I am to picky for my own good. I have even been banned from a restaurant from throwing food at them after they messed up my order and wouldn't remake it. Oops ! Now instead of getting that upset I just check the food to make sure it's fresh and made the way I want it before I leave from the counter or drive thru. I also purposely order french fries with no salt so they will be fresh when I go to McDonald's. :)
