How to face headache?  |

 If headache is due to sinus have grapejuice regularly.It gives good results. If it is migraine apply paste of dryginger on temples.If it is due to strain or stress have a cup of blacktea or gingertea &take rest.Whatever type of headache it is,according to my personal experience,instead of taking pain killer have a cup of hot tea &sleep awhile in dark room.

1.  bbsr13 (2193) | 7 months ago |  Hello,valatha! welcome suggestion for headache.normally i take black tea with ginger and bay leaf daily six to eight times so i never experienced headache for the last few years.but when effected by cold and fever i get a headache and i take the same tea with a strong dose and that relives me from cold and headache.thanks for your suggestions.all should follow this method for relief.
