Do you read the labels in the products that you purchase?

I have a sideline and one of the products that I sell is an 8-in-1 coffee, the ingredients consist of
Agaricus mushroom
Calcium Carbonate
Gingko Biloba
Omega-3
Tongkat Ali
Natural coffee
Non-dairy Creamer
Natural Sugar
Now, when looking into these ingredients, I'm not familiar of all of them unless I look it up or ask someone familiar. My question is how important is the label to you and are you familiar with a lot of ingredients?
For those who are on a diet, I'm sure looking into the label is one additional tool to keep those fats and unwanted calories. After reading the ingredients, do you put your trust in the products?

I read the labels on new products that claim to be better for me than an existing product on the market. I will even buy the new and the old that I am familiar with and compare them. Half the time the thing that is supposed to make the new one better for me is something I don't need in my diet.
But yeah, I am a label reader. I will never eat my favorite kind of ice cream ever again because I found out that an ingredient in it is anchovy paste. (ewww)
