I found this site which really lifts my spirits. It is www.4minutesperday.com/archive (that is NOT a referral link) I shared so others can read some of the uplifting poems. My favorite are the ones on the pictures.

I love poetry, and have dabbled in my time, I actually wrote deep, profound poetry when I was at the height of my depression, I still kept the poetry, to fondly look back on and to see just how bad life had got for me and to do a comparison to how I am now. Some wonderful poetry on the link which I have duly checked out, thanks for the link, hope you are feeling a little better today my friend x
