How sound do you sleep?

I wake up with every sound which is why I can't sleep with my babies. The cats wake me up every morning at 5-6 am! My baby finally sleeps thru the night- why can't the cats?

i used to live in an apartment that had a train go by it every night at 3 am...it scared the heck out of me the first few nights...then after that it never woke me up again. i can sleep through just about anything - i only wake up now to the sound of my daughter crying...i don't even usually wake up when my hubby leaves for work unless i need up too - he has all the lights on, radio on, alarm clock going off, etc.

Most of the time I sleep like a log and nothing wakes me. If my little granddaughter stays I don't sleep as sound and hear her if she wakes up. So it depends on what the situation is. Also it seems like when the seasons change I have nights where I wake up but most of the time I sleep very deeply.

You are the one who always alert with sound. For me, sometimes i dont hear anythings when i sleep but if the sound is to loud then i wake up. Especialy when i too tired or no enough sleep
