I believe he may have a breathing problem. My husband used to snore very loud also, especially if he was very tired. He has had his nose broke twice and he says when he lays down, he cannot breathe out of his nose very well and that causes him to snore loudly.

Yes. they make some kind of bridge also that they can put on their nose to open up the passageway. I have my husband sleep on his side and it helps to stop the snoring alot of times.

i see,i also read something like that in a health magazine and i think there is a position or pose we can lie down where there wont be a blockage to the nasal cavity making breathing easy

Funny finding this topic-I just spent another night on our couch. LOL. Hubby's got a bit of a snoring problem, too. Not much we can do, really-and luckily he doesn't do this all the time, mostly when he's been ill. If I fall asleep first or he's on his right side-no big deal. But-when I gotta get up and go to work too-I've just told him don't take it personally; I know it's something no one has much control over. The couch can be my best friend. :)

well a little lucky because neither me nor my wife snore cos any sound keeps me awake at night,as for your husband i think maybe its when he is really tired that he snores,i guess you are used to it by now

One of my sisters in law snores. AND I mean how! But she knows this.So we just try and go to sleep before her. if not then sleep doesn't come easy. Her sister has also spent the night. Not a peep. but when my husband and the snoring in law start I get it in stereo. I don't really know what you could do. Just try and keep a sense of humor about it. They don't snore on purpose or to bug you.
