Is college diploma the real key to success?  

I didn't bother finishing college. I went out to work, had a very successful career, made some money, had a family and you know what? Every day for years, I wished that I had stayed at college. Because if you don't go, once you start to earn money you will find it very difficult to go back. In the grand scheme of things it is only 3/4 years of your life. What you achieve will make you feel good about yourself and it might even help you get a better job. I hope that you make the best decision for you.

Yes...Its too hard to give 12th and go for degree...Its simple to get admission for diploma and go for degree sfter completing diploma...one can go for job after diploma...Hence diploma is best thing to do...

I think its not the only factor...1)many college graduate today are not yet successful. 2)many very rich and successful person have no formal education...i have read a book about success and it summed up the formula of success as

a person with lets say 5 on each ingredient 5X5X5X5 =Will have 625Points. a person with 2 high lets say 10 and all others are only 2 10x10x2x2 = will have only 400points. he is not as successful as the first person...^_^

Yes ,Earning a diploma is very important for you to succeed ,In most company ,The first step for you to enter is the diploma. Sometime they won't think about you just because you don't got a diploma .
But , a diploma is only the first thing you have to got for you to succeed . If you want to be a successful man ,you have to do more.

It a plus factor but its not really the main point of success... Look at the richest men in in this world, most of them even not earned a degree, but they succeed because it's more on attitude and character.

Getting a diploma or degree makes the things more easy to gain success.If you apply for a job,the employer will consider your education qualification also.
