What is the best way to get coffee stains off your teeth?

Can anybody give me some advice about getting coffee stains off your teeth?

Prevention is to use straw when you drink coffee. Because all whitening product that we find in the market usually ruin our email.
Other suggestion is you can try polishing liquid for teeth or go to orthodontis to make it white.

Yeah... i am agree with you. drink coffee with straw maybe looks weird but its the only way to prevent the stain. Anyway, even you use the toothpaste or teeth whitening product, it will not working if you drink coffee maybe more than 5x a day... compare to brush teeth which is only thrice or four times...

thats true. i dont drink coffee 5 times a day. If I did, I dont think I would ever be able to sleep lol

Yes definately whitening toothpaste, you can get some really good ones now, I drink gallons of coffee and so I have to use it and it works for me.

I use a whitening toothpaste, and I chew sugarfree gum with whitening (Orbit Bubblemint). And about once a week I rinse with a solution of 1/2 Hydrogen Peroxide and 1/2 water. It doesn't taste so great so you might want to opt for a flavored whitening mouthwash from the store.
Otherwise if you have the money, try those whitening strips.
