I don't have a basement, attic or garage. I live in a double wide trailer. LOL We do have a shed that is the size of a two car garage, but it is not attached to our trailer. When you lift the door the first thing you see is Dolly. She is a maniquin I use to post women's clothing on eBay. I named her Dolly because she is flat chested. LOL

We won't have a basement and the attic is unfinished and probably full of cobwebs. We've never been up there. Would have to say the weirdest thing I have in the garage is one tennis shoe that belonged to my deceased father. He passed away over 12 yrs. ago and I just can't part with it.

The weirdest thing in our basement has to be the Christmas tree. I know it doesn't sound weird, not until I tell you our basement is used as living space, and the tree is completely up. Let me give you the story behind it.
My grandmother bought that Christmas tree in 1992. That year she put it together, decorated it, and took it down after Christmas was over. She said that was too much work and wouldn't be doing it again. So in 1993 when she put it up for Christmas, it never came down. It stayed in the living room. All she did was unplug it, and push it back into a corner. It stayed that way for ten years. All we did when Christmas came around was pull it out of the corner, plug in the lights, added a couple more decorations, and replenished the candy canes. I got many a question from friends that came over, especially in the summer months, when they saw that Christmas tree.
In May of 2003 the tree finally came down. My grandmother moved from her apartment to a house. After 10 years the tree finally got some rest, but not much. When Christmas came around, she had me and my siblings pull it out the box and put it together, put the ornaments back on it, with a couple new ones, and put the lights on it in the basement. And you already know what happened when Christmas was over. Unplugged, and in the corner. So this tree has been up for five years in this house.
Even though the tree still stands in the basement (my room) it will be retired this year. In moving the tree got messed up, so now it leans to one side. My grandmother will get a new one around Christmas time, and this tree will get the rest that it deserves. Grandma says that she wants a pre-lit tree this year, so maybe it will be able to stand the wear and tear that my grandma will put it through. I wonder how long this one will stand lol.

Since I have a house up for sale across town the weirdest thing in my basement is 3 inches of water since the pipes froze! Hmm. Guess I should have run the heat in there during the winter time! Life will go on I guess. Believe it or not, it isn't as bad as when I bought the place! Took me two weeks with rubber gloves and the trash bags filled a two car garage!
