What was your major in college?

When I graduated from High School, I took a 10 month course for web design in a vocational school. After that, I did multimedia for two years, and I am currently in the game design course in another college but I am thinking about quitting.

I majored in English Literature when I was in university. The reason was simple lame. I heard that in other departments, the students were really busy, but for English department, the students have more time to do other things. I love English and therefore, it sounds good to me to have more time to do my other stuff*smiles*.

I was a single Mom of two so, I had to wait until I was 30 and my son was 13 before I got a chance to go to college. I had been kicked out of high school at 15 for being pregnant and gotten my GED. I had no idea what I wanted to take when I passed the exam to gain entrance into college but I knew I wanted something that would make a lot of money. LOL I ended up getting a four year degree in Computer Science and went from making 13,000 a year to making 90,000 a year after graduating. Now, I quit my job and I am a stay at home Mom to two more kids that my husband and I adopted. We are actually working on adopting a third!

I majored in Accounting. I wanted to take up Political Science or Psychology but my father convinced me to take up Accounting instead since its easier to find a job with that course. Well, I think he is right but there is still this part of me that wonders where will I be now if I pursued what I had wanted in terms of major.

My major was psychology. I was only able to complete one year as both my parents became ill and needed my undivided attention. I never did return to get my degree and have regreted it ever since that time. Was married at the time I attended and had children. The schedule was a bit too hectic.
