2. patgalca (4939) | 5 months ago | It is usually termed a holiday movie. Over Christmas all the shows are in reruns so the great movies are shown... what they call Holiday Classics. Also, I think because the song "Favourite Things" has been used as a Christmas song.

3. drknlvly6781 (1910) | 5 months ago | I can't stand this movie. I didn't like it as a child, and I can't stand it now. I never watch this movie whenever I see that its going to be shown. They don't show it in my area during Christmas though, at least I've never seen it advertised around that time. I'd rather watch "A Christmas Story." It comes on TBS every year and plays for 24 hrs so there is no reason for me to miss it. I know all the words, but its a must watch for me every year "You'll shoot your eye out! You'll shoot your eye out!!!" lol.

4. chiyosan (7679) | 5 months ago | do they always show this at christmas time? i do not notice that... i know they are always showing that in here during lenten season, like some fillers for the disrupted regular programs because local channels here dont show regular programs if its holy week. so that is where i often see it, actually.
