Tacos Chicken or beef? What do you eat with them?

For my family we use vegie meat or vegie steak and sometimes fish. lettuce,tomatoe,salsa,cheese,sour cream and guacamole (from scratch) I hate pre-packaged. I some times make the salsa if I cant get to costco to get the fresh salsa thats pre made. I make the refried beans from scratch and the mexican rice. yummy

I'm actually not a big meat eater, but when I make tacos I usually make a pork roast the night before and then shred the left over pork and cook it with cilantro, onions and taco seasoning. I always use a corn tortilla because it gives it more taste than the flour.

I will do either or beef or chicken - yes definately cheese! I like both the hard and the soft shell, my son uses corn tortillas and then toasts them in the toasting oven as he can not have the fat from taco shells which are fried. on the side I will usually make refried beans, spanish rice and sweet corn.

Hi there ersmommy1! I like Beef Tacos. They are one of my aunt's speciaties. I like it better with hard shell. We usually have them for afternoon snack. I like it with lots of ground beef, cheese, tomatoes and chili.

When I make them at home I use ground beef mostly and soft tortillas. I like to put taco sauce, cheese, lettuce, onion, and black olives on them. My son likes it when I make yellow rice with them. When I go out is another story though. I used to be a manager at a Taco Bell, so I like to try different things on my tacos. I love the different sauces that they have. The Baja is my favorite, but I like the Creamy Jalapeno too. I get the Baja with steak and the Creamy Japaleno with the chicken. My son really likes the Lime sauce that comes on the steak tacos.

Generally chicken. Tacos are bad enough for my diet without adding ground beef. I try to avoid fast food, if at all possible. But, when I am tempted by the greasy saltiness, chicken taco -- no, a Qdoba chicken mole burrito with chips and queso.

I prefer beef tacos. I like hard shells. I like to have cheese,salsa and green onions on them. I usually serve rice with our tacos. We had tacos for dinner Monday night.

I would prefer hard shell. I would prefer beef. For my tacos, I add onions, peppers, shredded Mexican cheese, spices, and sour cream. Hey, how about black beans and rice in your tacos? I agree. Definitely add peppers in it.
